*Memorial Day may close earlier, hours are subject to change before the start of the season.

Daily Guest Fee: $20.00 for adults, $15.00 for children 16 and under. Guests MUST be accompanied by a member- There are no day passes

We have a new App that you can use for check in. There is a virtual ID card located in “The Bucks Club” app. Photo for each member and sub-member will be required for the 2026 season!

POLICIES FOR POOL MEMBERSHIP

Guest Fee: $20.00 for adults

$15.00 for children 16 and under

Pool memberships are NON_REFUNDABLE
· All Members listed on membership application must be immediate family members living in the same household (Family includes: Husband/Wife/Dependent Children) NO EXCEPTIONS. Must present membership at check in.

· The Bucks Club is not responsible for any injury or bodily harm that occurs at the Pool.

· Balls, water guns, and inflatable toys are prohibited with the exception of specialty events.

· No smoking anywhere within the Pool Facility

· In the event of inclement weather, the pool will be closed at The Bucks Club’s discretion.

· Alcoholic Beverages may only be purchased from The Bucks Club/Bucks Pub

· NO GLASS BOTTLES or OPAQUE REUSABLE DRINKING CONTAINERS are permitted. Any beverages brought from home must be non-alcoholic and in a clear container.

· The Bucks Club Pool Managers, contracted Management,  or Life Guards reserve the right to dismiss any member/guest acting with unruly or disruptive behavior.

· The Bucks Club Management has the right to terminate membership if rules and policies are not adhered to by members.

· All children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers and are limited to the baby pool.

· No Diving anywhere besides the Diving Pool. 

· All Children 14 and Under must be accompanied by an adult.

· Profanity, improper behavior, intoxication, and vulgar remarks are prohibited in the pool vicinity.

· No goggles or puddle jumpers are permitted in the diving tank.

· No masks covering the nose or snorkels are permitted in the pools. 

 Liability Waiver & Release: I understand that participation in any activities or programs at The Bucks Club Pool involves risk of injury. I understand that these risks are entirely my responsibility. I expressly assume these risks. In particular, I am aware of the risks and hazards inherent upon entering a pool area, including, but not limited to the risk of communicable illnesses, such as MRSA, influenza and COVID-19. With this being said, I choose to voluntarily enter the premises, knowing the condition might become more hazardous and/or dangerous for myself and I voluntarily assume all such risks, loss, damages, or injury that may be sustained by entering the pool. I agree, for myself and/or for any minors in my care, to fully and completely release and promise not to sue The Bucks Club and affiliated entities from all claims, liabilities, or actions for any injuries to me, injuries to minors in my care, and/or any loss or damage to my personal property or the personal property of any such minors in my care. I certify that the above information listed on my 2026 Pool Membership Application is accurate, and the names listed are all permanent members of my household. Having read the above, and signing below, I understand that The Bucks Club Management has the right to terminate my membership, without refund, if any rules and policies are not obeyed. The Bucks Club reserves the right to amend pool member terms & conditions at any time.
